1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for the following:

Items that are unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags still attached

Items must be returned in their original packaging (e.g., branded poly mailers, boxes, or protective sleeves)
2. Return Window
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. After this period, we cannot accept returns.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Contact Us: Email us at info@lumecircle.com with your order number and reason for the return

Approval: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions and the return address

Shipping the Item: Pack the item securely, including all original packaging, and ship it back using a trackable service
4. Return Shipping Costs

For orders shipped within Europe, we cover the cost of the first return for either a refund or an exchange

For orders outside of Europe, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including the first return

For subsequent returns (within Europe), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is defective or incorrect
5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of a defective product or shipping error on our part
6. Exchanges

We only offer direct exchanges in size for the same product you are returning

If you would like a different item, please return the original product and place a new order
7. Defective or Incorrect Items
