At LUME CIRCLE, we are committed to providing high-quality products that reflect the essence of luxury and performance. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund process. Please review our policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for the following:

  • Items that are unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags still attached

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging (e.g., branded poly mailers, boxes, or protective sleeves)

2. Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. After this period, we cannot accept returns.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Contact Us: Email us at info@lumecircle.com with your order number and reason for the return

  • Approval: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions and the return address

  • Shipping the Item: Pack the item securely, including all original packaging, and ship it back using a trackable service

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • For orders shipped within Europe, we cover the cost of the first return for either a refund or an exchange

  • For orders outside of Europe, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including the first return

  • For subsequent returns (within Europe), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is defective or incorrect

5. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days

  • Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of a defective product or shipping error on our part

6. Exchanges

  • We only offer direct exchanges in size for the same product you are returning

  • If you would like a different item, please return the original product and place a new order

7. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item:

  • Contact us at info@lumecircle.com within 7 days of receiving your order

  • Include photos and your order number

  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs, at no additional charge

8. Important Notes

  • Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration (e.g., removed tags) will not be eligible for a refund

  • Please ensure that all return packages are sent with a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit
