1. Shipping Locations
We proudly ship worldwide from our fulfilment centre in Portugal. We ship to most countries across Europe, North America, South America, Asia and Australia.
If we do not ship to your country, please reach out to us to check if we can arrange shipment.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options:

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method chosen.
We offer free standard shipping worldwide on all orders over €100 and free standard shipping on all orders inside Europe over €35.
4. Order Processing & Dispatch
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.
5. Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we cannot guarantee delivery dates due to unforeseen delays caused by:

In these cases, we will keep you informed and do our best to assist.
6. Lost or Damaged Shipments
We take every precaution to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition. However, once your package is with the carrier, we are not responsible for delays, damage, or loss during transit.

Lost Shipments: If you haven’t received your order within 5 days after the estimated delivery date, please contact us at info@lumecircle.com. We’ll work with the carrier to locate your order.

Damaged Goods: If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of receiving the package and include photographic evidence. We’ll assist with a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
7. Customs Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees based on your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.
We do not control or have visibility into these fees, and customs delays are outside our control. Please check with your local customs office before placing an order.
8. Shipping Restrictions
Some regions may have shipping restrictions due to legal or logistical reasons. If we’re unable to deliver to your address, we’ll notify you and issue a full refund.
9. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you need to correct an address, contact us immediately.
10. Order Modifications & Cancellations
Once an order is processed and shipped, it cannot be modified or cancelled. If you need to make a change, reach out to us as soon as possible - we’ll do our best to help before it dispatches.

All orders are packaged with premium materials to reflect our commitment to luxury and ensure your products arrive in excellent condition.
Returns & Refunds Policy
At LUME CIRCLE, we are committed to providing high-quality products that reflect the essence of luxury and performance. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund process. Please review our Returns & Refunds policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for the following:

Items that are unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags still attached

Items must be returned in their original packaging (e.g., branded poly mailers, boxes, or protective sleeves)
2. Return Window
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. After this period, we cannot accept returns.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Contact Us: Email us at info@lumecircle.com with your order number and reason for the return

Approval: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions and the return address

Shipping the Item: Pack the item securely, including all original packaging, and ship it back using a trackable service
4. Return Shipping Costs

For orders shipped within Europe, we cover the cost of the first return for either a refund or an exchange

For orders outside of Europe, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including the first return

For subsequent returns (within Europe), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is defective or incorrect

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of a defective product or shipping error on our part
6. Exchanges

We only offer direct exchanges in size for the same product you are returning

If you would like a different item, please return the original product and place a new order
7. Defective or Incorrect Items
